Recently, the complete set of 450Nm3 /h methanol hydrogen production equipment which was designed and produced by Ally Hi-Tech for an Indian company was successfully sent to Shanghai port and will be shipped to India.
It is a compact skid-mounted hydrogen generation plant from methanol reforming. With shrined size and enhanced completeness of the plant, the methanol hydrogen unit is friendly to the limited land occupation and on-site construction. High automation also saves a lot of manpower, also ensures the stable operation of the plant.
Before leaving the factory, our engineering center and the assembly team of Ally's workshop conducted three inspections and four determinations on the skid integrity, pipeline identification, and export packaging of the equipment, so as to avoid damage to the equipment during transportation. Details of the hydrogen plant were recorded, and pictures at each essential point were taken as the product profile of this plant. Filing with the documents of design, procurement, etc, the whole lifespan of the plants is tracable.
The equipment will be used by an Indian company that has established a cooperative relationship with Ally Hi-Tech since 2012. This is the fifth set of methanol hydrogen production equipment provided to this client by Ally. They are highly satisfied with our quality, performance, and service of us.
