Recently, under the care of Mr. Wang Yeqin, Chairman of Ally Hydrogen Energy, and Mr. Ai Xijun, General Manager, the company’s Chief Engineer Liu Xuewei and Administrative Manager Zhao Jing, representing the General Management Office, together with the company’s Labor Union Chairman Zhang Yan, visited the Guanghan and Zhongjiang factories to conduct a summer high-temperature consolation activity. This was to encourage and support the factory employees who work diligently in high-temperature environments.
The consolation representatives visited the factory production workshops, had cordial exchanges with the employees, learned about their working conditions and difficulties in high temperatures, and conveyed the company’s care and support to them. They brought refreshing drinks, heatstroke prevention supplies, and consolation gifts, bringing coolness and comfort in the summer.
The consolation representatives stated that employees are the important backbone of the company’s development. The company attaches great importance to the working environment and treatment of its employees, striving to provide better welfare and protection, so that employees feel more care and support at work. They also encouraged employees to pay more attention to heat prevention and cooling down, reasonably arrange their work and rest time, and ensure their health and safety.
According to the factory manager, the factory is currently engaged in the assembly and commissioning of equipment for several domestic and foreign projects. The schedule is tight and the tasks are heavy, making overtime work a norm. However, every employee in the factory endures the high temperatures without complaints, working hard to ensure the tasks are completed within the project delivery deadlines.
