On the morning of September 25, the on-site promotion activity of major projects in the third quarter of 2023 in Sichuan Province was held at the site of the Chengdu West Laser Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Base Project (Phase I), Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Wang Xiaohui attended and announced the start of a new batch of major project construction, Huang Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Sichuan Province, gave a speech, and Shi Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee, attended. The five cities of Luzhou, Deyang, Mianyang, Dazhou and Ya’an were connected to the main venue as sub-venues.

Among them, the Deyang on-site event was held in Kaizhou New City, Zhongjiang County, and the connection location was located at the project site of Kaiya Hydrogen Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. [Kaiya Clean Energy Equipment Base], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ally Hydrogen Energy, and Wang Yeqin, chairman of Ally, and Gao Jianhua, project construction leader, attended the scene as representatives of the owner unit.

With a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a construction area of 110,000 square meters, the base will build 8 factory buildings such as manufacturing assembly workshop, machine repair workshop, experimental workshop and power station, and build 8 production lines such as water electrolysis and methanol hydrogen production equipment, forming an annual production capacity of 400 units/sets of products.

After the plan is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of about 3.5 billion yuan, annual tax payment of about 100 million yuan, and employment of more than 600 people, which will further promote the development of Deyang hydrogen energy industry agglomeration and provide strong support for Deyang to accelerate the construction of China Equipment Science and Technology City and build a world-class clean energy equipment manufacturing base.

The project ranked second in the province in the third quarter of 2023 major project training meeting, which will help improve the layout of the province’s new energy advanced equipment manufacturing industry, build a hydrogen energy R&D and utilization industrial system in our province, promote the high-quality development of Deyang’s clean energy high-end equipment manufacturing industry, drive the transformation and upgrading of the traditional machining industry, and improve the undertaking capacity of the advanced equipment manufacturing industry and regional economic energy level of the Chengdu Eastern New Area Coordinated Development Zone.
At present, the project has obtained the fixed asset investment project filing form, construction land planning permit, construction project planning permit and construction permit.
