Introduction
Foshan Gas hydrogenation station is the first hydrogenation station in China that integrates hydrogen production and hydrogenation. Ally skid-mounted it in the assembly plant in Chengdu, and transported it to the destination in modules. After the current assembly and commisioning, it was quickly put into production. It adopts a scale of 1000kg/d, which can support up to 100 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles a day for hydrogenation.

This project uses Ally's the third generation integrated hydrogen production technology.
As an integrated hydrogen refueling station for in-station hydrogen production, Ally has passed standard manufacturing specifications to ensure the safety of its process routes, and through on-site hydrogen production, the cost of hydrogen transportation is greatly reduced.
Since there is no ready-made natural gas hydrogen production and hydrogenation station project in China and there is no special standard specification, Ally team has overcome a number of technical difficulties and opened up a new way for the development of the domestic hydrogen production and hydrogenation industry. The team has continuously overcome technical difficulties such as the optimization of the layout of the skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production device and the electrolytic water hydrogen production device, and the sharing of public works, and has done a good job in technical communication with professional units such as construction drawing review agencies, safety assessment, and environmental impact assessment.
